The founder of Stock-still is George Jerome, a degreed electrical engineer with an extensive background in electronics, mechanical engineering and computers. He received his first patent back in 1981 - for a vehicle we would call today a hybrid car! his patent predates the modern hybrid car by about 30-35 years. One of his early patents envisioned a system to be used aboard aircraft so people could entertain themselves by playing games with other passengers - without even necessarily knowing who they were playing against. most modern passenger aircraft today still do not have such a system on board. Mr Jerome's latest patent filing is designed to defeat the natural law that sir Issac Newton published 339 years and 50 days before Mr. Jerome decided that enough is enough, and found the way to cancel Newton's third law of motion.
